PARMA, N.Y. — The search for a missing Parma man resumed Friday morning.

Sheriff’s deputies say William Mason was last seen at his home on West Ridge Road Wednesday morning. His family has reported him missing.

Search crews are back out with K-9 and scuba teams as well as a drone unit from the Rochester Police Department to look for Mason.

"What our investigators are hearing from family and friends, it's just not typical for Mr. Mason to not be home without his vehicle and it's also unusual for him to leave without saying anything to someone. So that's what is causing me concern right now," said Maj. Lou Tomassetti of the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.

William Mason is 5 feet, 7 inches tall and 165 pounds with grey hair, blue eyes and a scar on his right eye.
