WEBSTER, N.Y. — The Webster Police Department is reminding residents that dirt bikes, four wheelers and ATV's are not allowed on any trails in the town.
In a Facebook post, they say the department has received multiple complaints about young men riding on the roads and the trails in the area.
If the vehicle is not properly licensed, registered and insured, then it can result in a tow or impound.
Officials say the 25-year-old man was sentenced to time served and turned over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
