IRONDEQUOIT, N.Y. — The town of Irondequoit adopted its plan for police reform at a special meeting Tuesday afternoon.
It focuses on community engagement and transparency.
This comes after the board spent months surveying and meeting with the public.
"The board should be proud of the final document," said Irondequoit Town Supervisor Dave Seeley. "It's the product of community engagement and realy opening ourselves up to having a good plan of action moving forward."
