The death of a disabled Webster woman returns to the courts: her mother is suing workers and supervisors at the Webster group home where she lived.
Two workers named in the suit were convicted in Heather Roselli's death.
They allegedly slammed her to the ground and restrained her for 45 minutes at the facility on Pierce Street.
The lawsuit also names the home's supervisors and claims they knew Roselli had complained about treatment and failed to train staff.
