ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Providing critical services to older adults in the Rochester area — that's Lifespan of Greater Rochester's mission.
Spectrum donated $5,000 toward the cause Friday.
November is National Caregivers Month.
Officials say this money will help the nonprofit provide care management and educational workshops for family caregivers.
"I run a group at Lifespan for kinship caregivers and so that will help us continue to do that group,” said Linda James, Lifespan caregiver. “Also it will help Lifespan continue to do the work that they do for older people."
