ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A hot meal can become more accessible to those in Rochester neighborhoods thanks to Cameron Community Ministries’ new food pantry delivery truck.

The truck was donated by Wegmans.

In 2021, Cameron Community Ministries served more than 17,000 hot meals, and more than 650 families used the food pantry.

Executive Director Olivia Kassoum-Amadou discusses how this new truck will help CCM reach more people, what the need in the community is, how many families are currently struggling with food insecurity and what types of meals will be served and where.

You can help by donating canned goods and health snacks. The full list of current needs can be found at Cameronministries.org.
