FAIRPORT, N.Y. — Fairport’s Lollypop Farm says it has rescued 136 animals from a trailer and property in Livingston County.
It has set up temporary housing for many of the rescues.
In total, there were 39 rabbits, 24 chickens, 22 gerbils, 19 domestic birds, 18 ducks, 6 turkeys, 5 dogs, 2 hamsters and 1 turtle rescued.
Lollypop Farm says the animals were found in poor conditions and suffering from untreated ailments.
The shelter is now asking for help.
