ROCHESTER, N.Y. — For its part, Rochester's Police Accountability Board says it still needs to see the un-redacted body camera footage to conduct its investigation into an incident Friday on Avenue B where an officer used what the department calls an “irritant” on a 9-year-old while she was handcuffed in the back of a police car.

Executive Director Conor Dwyer Reynolds released a letter he sent to the Interim Chief Herriott-Sullivan, talking about the access he'll need.

He said that, as of early Saturday evening, the PAB had not been shown un-redacted body cam video when elected city officials had already seen it.

Reynolds was asking the interim chief to provide that footage, as well as all other reports and audio by Tuesday.

He also included questions that he wanted the chief to respond to him by Monday.
