ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Interim Rochester Police Chief Cynthia Herriott-Sullivan released her 90 day plan Monday.

Some of the first items on her list include addressing leadership and resource needs within the RPD. She also wants to identify business stakeholders, create an advisory committee, and review policies and procedures within the department.

One of Herriott-Sullivan's biggest goals is aligning RPD's policies with President Obama's 6 Pillars practices, which focus on building trust with the community.

She'll also look to learn about Rochester's policing needs and develop relationships with other law enforcement agencies in the county.
