ROCHESTER, N.Y. — ​Save Rochester - Black Lives Matter is calling on the community to help them feed those in need this Thanksgiving.

"Today I say, and I’m screaming for your help, I’m screaming for your help, that you help us do this, that you help us make a difference in Rochester, and help us make a difference in America," Isaiah Santiago, 16, said.

He, along with his classmates, are organizing a food drive to help feed dozens of families in need this Thanksgiving. They are asking for non-perishable food items to be dropped off at 194 Smith Street on November 7 at 4 p.m.

You can also make a cash donation of $40 to help purchase a turkey for a family.
