State police are charging a Rochester woman who they say was driving drunk with three unrestrained children in her car.

New York State Troopers say that 33-year-old Sedina Suko was allegedly found to have a blood alcohol level of more than three times the legal limit. She was stopped on the Thruway Sunday following reports of an erratic driver.

Police say that none of the children, ages 1 to 5, were in car seats.

Suko was charged with felony DWI under Leandra's Law.

She will appear in town court at a later date.
