Rochester already has a bike-share program, but could a scooter-share program be next?

City Council is reviewing a proposal that would allow Pace-developer Zagster to develop an electric scooter sharing program.

If it passes, Zagster could have around 400 scooters out for Rochesterarians to use.

This comes as the State Legislature is considering legislation that would permit the use of electric scooters under state traffic law.

They will vote on that in June.
