UMass, Denver, Minnesota Duluth and Providence will dance in the NCAA Frozen Four at the Keybank Center in Buffalo this year.

Rochester's Jack Dugan is a freshman forward with Providence. The former McQuaid standout is the Friars second leading scorer, with 10 goals and 39 points in 40 games. Since his days dominating Section V, Dugan has always had a nose for the net.

“I thought if I was able to come in with a lot of confidence, especially after my year in juniors, I would be able to do well and at least hold my own,” said Dugan. “Everyone dreams of being able to score a bunch and being a forward you want to score a lot so I think that's obviously one of the biggest parts of my game. I think that's what I bring to the team so I just honestly tried to contribute any way I could and play my role and I think my role is scoring."

Dugan was a fifth round draft choice of the Vegas Golden Knights in 2017.

Providence takes on Minnesota Duluth in a semifinal on Thursday, April 11 at 5 p.m.
