Two Rochester police officers are recovering after being hurt while trying to break up a fight.

Police were called to the Danforth Community Center Saturday night for a brawl at a large party. When officers got to the scene, they called for backup to help break up the fight. Police say that's when a minor threw a rock and hit an officer in the head.

Another officer was also injured. Both were taken to the hospital and have since been released.

The minor was taken into custody. Their name will not be released.
