The search for a missing 4-year-old in Wayne County has come to an end.

The Wayne County Sheriff's Office confirmed Saturday that Aubri Lynn Henning was found safe. She was allegedly picked up by her mother, Nakisha Harris, from her father's home in South Carolina on March 6, and was not returned.

The Sheriff's Office says Harris was taken into custody on an arrest warrant from South Carolina.
