Two people are now in custody following a police chase on Rochester's northeast side.

Rochester police shut down Clifford Avenue at Rustic Street after a car collided with a box truck. Investigators say the Tuesday afternoon crash was a result of a police pursuit that started on Culver Road.

According to police, both of the car's occupants were taken into custody and treated for non-life threatening injuries.
