GIBSONVILLE, N.C. -- The warning phase has begun for those in Gibsonville tethering their animals.
The Gibsonville Police Department says they are giving residents until June 30 to comply with the new anti-tethering ordinance.
After that time, citations will be issued.
Those with questions are encouraged to pick up a brochure, referencing the issue, at the police department.
