ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Debbie Colletta and Terry Randazzo lost their brother Ciro Colletta in February of 2017.

"He was kind hearted, selfless, always smiling. Everybody loved him, he was a great guy," said Colletta.

It was just before 3 a.m. when Colletta attempted to make a legal left hand turn at the corner of Bay Street and Rohr Street. Two cars came speeding through the intersection, hitting and killing Colletta. Investigators believe the two cars were racing.

The driver of one was arrested, but the second driver and a passenger fled on foot according to a witness.

"Well you're taking another human being's life, they just left the scene and left him there dead. No regard whatsoever," said Randazzo.

The suspects were driving a green 2002 Chevy Tahoe, according to police. Colletta's family is hoping someone can identify them and are now offering a $10,000 reward to anyone who can provide information leading to the arrest of the person responsible.

"The persons, who left the scene of the accident and left our brother dead, we want punished, we want justice for Ciro," said Colletta.
