It’s another change of attorney in the ongoing legal troubles for Rochester City Court Judge Leticia Astacio.

Spectrum News has learned that a judge granted Greg Salmon’s request to be taken off the case as Astacio's lawyer.

The New York City-based attorney was the third lawyer to represent the judge as she's gone through the legal system after a DWI arrest last year.

Salmon did not immediately return a request for comment.

Prosecutor Zach Mauer says Astacio's next court appearance is Thursday afternoon. It's listed on the city court docket as a hearing for violation of probation.
