ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- A sense of calm is settling across flood damaged areas along Irondequoit Bay and Lake Ontario.

As of Wednesday, officials in Penfield and Webster rescinded their respective states of emergency. 

Irondequit did so on Tuesday.

The declarations were in response to rising water levels throughout the summer.
