ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- A lobbyist with previous ties to candidates in the current Rochester mayoral election has pleaded guilty to Harassment for an incident earlier this year in Albany.
Robert Scott Gaddy admits he hit a woman and threatened to kill her at the Albany Hilton in February.
Gaddy was sentenced to pay fines and surcharge fees.
A "no contact" order of protection was issued for the victim.
Gaddy has connections to Rochester Mayor Lovely Warren, challenger Rachel Barnhart and Assemblyman David Gantt.
