ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- A Rochester man is behind bars Sunday morning following a stabbing that left another man seriously injured. 

Rochester police say the 25-year-old victim was stabbed multiple times in the upper body. 

It all took place around Saturday 3:30 p.m. on Remington Street. 

Police say the victim was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital. 

Ronnie Brooks, 48, is now charged with second-degree assault. 

The investigation is ongoing.
