AUSTIN, Texas — Austin police are searching for the man involved in two early-morning IHOP robberies.
The Austin American-Statesman reports a man entered the IHOP on South MoPac Expressway around 3:45 a.m. Monday morning with a pistol with a long magazine.
The second restaurant, at 901 East Koenig Lane near Airport Boulevard in north Austin, was robbed around 4:40 a.m.
Police say the man was described as a black male with a blue bandana over his face.
The suspect was also said to be wearing a blue sweatshirt and tan shorts.
It is unclear if he got away with anything from the restaurant.
