No Wi-Fi? No problem. At least when it comes to watching Netflix.
The company will now allow users to watch shows offline. You'll be able to download movies and shows to watch for later.
The feature is free with all Netflix memberships, you'll just want to make sure you have the most recent update to the streaming service's app.
Netflix’s new download feature is included in all plans and available for Android and iOS phones and tablets. To download titles, users will need iOS 8.0 or later or Android 4.4.2 or later as well as the latest update of Netflix’s app.
Shows like “Supernatural,” “The Office,” “The Flash," The 100" and more can be accessed this way. Animated movies “Minions” and “Home" are also already available offline.
However, some of the more popular shows like “Gilmore Girls” or “Friends” can't be downloaded for now.
