IRONDEQUOIT, N.Y. -- Developers of the Medley Centre in Irondequoit may soon announce their plans to redevelop the former mall.

Irondequoit Town Supervisor David Seeley said the new owner is expected to release information on what he plans to do with the property in the near future. Seeley says he's not certain what exactly that is, but says it's most likely a mixed use plan.

Local developer Angelo Ingrassia bought the mall at auction in January for $100,000. Ingrassia owns a plaza and fitness centers in Irondequoit, as well as other properties in the county.
