SCHOHARIE, N.Y. -- Judge Richard Mott has left Schoharie County Court for the second day without reaching a verdict in the Cal Harris murder trial.

Mott will resume his deliberations in this bench trial on Tuesday at 12:45 p.m.

Harris is accused of killing his wife Michele in 2001. Her body was never found.

Normally, a judge would choose a date in advance to deliver the verdict, but this time the judge decided to deliberate as a jury would.

This is Cal Harris' fourth trial. His first two convictions were overturned, his third trial ended in a hung jury.
