WATERTOWN, N.Y. -- New jobs are coming to Watertown.
The Convergys call center is looking to hire 300 new employees and has full-time openings in health care advising, customer support, and sales available.
Recruiters said the jobs offer benefits and the chance to move up in the company. They also say they want to fill positions fast because their clients want more customer support staff.
"It's just a growth opportunity for us. We're such a productive site. The clients are demanding more seats be filled so that we can continue helping them. They're just really impressed with what we have to offer,” said Reese Wheeler, a Convergys recruiter.
