An Ontario County teenager pleaded not guilty at his arraignment for charges he raped a six year old girl.
Logan Beverly, 17, of Canandaigua, was arraigned on first-degree rape charges. He was indicted last week by an Ontario County Grand Jury. Sheriff's investigators say Beverly's charges stem from an incident in December 2014. He was arrested at the end of January while serving an unrelated sentence at the Ontario County Jail.
District Attorney Mike Tantillo says the judge allowed Beverly to be released to the county's pre-trial release monitoring program during the prosecution of the case.
