ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- A man now charged with robbing a bank on Lake Avenue in Rochester was arrested Tuesday night by U.S. Marshals.
Stephen Vega was taken into custody on Magee Avenue, according to marshals.
Vega is accused of taking $3,700 from the Chase Bank in an Oct. 21, 2015 robbery.
Vega was taken to the Monroe County Jail and was denied the possibility of making bail.
