ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- A Rochester teen pleaded guilty Wednesday to a murder he committed more than two years ago.
The Monroe County District Attorney's Office said Daniel Williams Jr., 19, admitted to murder in the second degree for killing Walter Smith Jr., 28. Witnesses said the two men argued on August 24, 2013 on Elba Street. Williams then fired a sawed-off shot gun four-times into Smith's vehicle.
Sentencing is set for January.
