ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- Mourners are still searching for answers into the deadly blaze that took the life of their loved one in 2012.

The fire was deemed arson, and the death ruled a homicide, but there has yet to be an arrest. A vigil Wednesday night remembered Chandra Majors, 38. Her body was found on the second floor of a burning home on Pierpont Street about three years ago.

While the home is now gone, Majors' family and friends were also at the site to push for an arrest.

"I couldn't sleep all night. It's like it just happened yesterday and we have been on police, they even took it to crime stoppers... but I'm not giving up," said Deborah Bruce, Chandra's Mom.

Chandra Majors had seven children. No one else was in the home at the time of the fire.
