TOWN OF OLIVE, N.Y. -- One person is dead and another seriously injured after a three car crash Tuesday morning in the Town of Olive.
It happened between Shokan and Boiceville on State Route 28.
Part of Route 28 was shut down while troopers investigated, but has since reopened.
No charges or tickets have been issued at this time, while police continue to investigate the cause.
