ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- Authorities have identified the man police found dead on Monroe Avenue in Rochester Sunday night.
Rochester police said Anthony Wind, 26, was found dead at a home on Monroe Ave. near Alliance Avenue Sunday night. Police are calling it an unattended death.
They said the medical examiner will have to determine the cause of the death.
