Victor girls volleyball graduated several players from last year's team that lost in the NYS pool play but have come back even stronger this season.

The Blue Devils were hit hardest at the outside hitter position. Sophomore Hannah Jacoby went from being a designated server, to libero, to defensive specialist and now one of the top all-around players in the Section, developing as an outside hitter.

Victor hosted and won a 32-team tournament last weekend, topping defending NYS Class C Champion Portville in the Championship match.

In league play, the Blue Devils have dropped only one set in ten matches so far and are ranked number one in the New York State Class AA coaches poll.
