Chris Blyth won his first RDGA Men's Championship, holding off Kyle Downey for a one-shot victory.
The former St. John Fisher and Pittsford Mendon golfer played the front nine in four under but ran in to trouble, playing holes 14-16 in five over. Kyle Downey, playing in the final group with Blyth and John Kircher, shot a final 69 including a bogey free three-under 32 on the back nine to close within a shot. Blyth two-putted for par on the 72nd hole to win.
Kircher, who returned to the District Tournament for the first time since 2012, finishes in a tie for third with 2017 runner-up Jeff March.
