The Iron Challenge is a Flat Tire Bike Race, 4k Trail Run and Duathlon run at Ironwood Springs Ranch, which encompasses more than 250 acres of forest just south of Rochester. The course is unique in the way it turns and weaves through Ironwood Springs forest, river paths and scenic trails.
