ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Congratulations are in order for Bishop Kearney's class of 2021. The school held its 56th graduation at Frontier Field on Saturday.
The senior class of 56 students were applauded by family and friends as they received their diplomas.
The ceremony is one of the area's first in-person graduations this year.
The workers allege the school broke a signed commitment allowing them a fair unionization process.
Students at Hilton High School volunteered to try a Cadet Honor Pouch for the week.
The lawsuit alleges that the DOE took "flagrantly unlawful actions" by "slashing 'indirect cost rates' for government-funded research."
U of R officials say the university was not informed of the decision ahead of time.
