ROCHESTER, N.Y. — The Rochester City School District announced that students across all grades with disabilities in specialized programs can begin to return to a hybrid model of four-day, in-person learning, starting January 4.

All other students, however, will continue with remote learning for the rest of the year.

Superintendent Dr. Lesli Myers-Small said in a letter posted on the district's website, that families of students with disabilities will be contacted by November 6 to discuss preferences on if their child will continue learning remotely or return to in-person learning. It will then finalize logistics before the January 4 start date.
