The man charged in a June Rochester homicide has been released from jail without bail, the Monroe County District Attorney's Office confirmed on Wednesday.
Randall Scott was released to electronic home monitoring last week by a county judge.
Prosecutors objected to the release order.
Scott is charged with second-degree murder in connection with the shooting death of Paris Washington on Bardin Street.
Olajuwon Holt was also arrested in the same attack.
