LYONS, N.Y. -- A Wayne County man is behind bars once again.
Pedro Colon was indicted for a second time in Wayne County Court Friday.
He's accused of fatally stabbing 41-year-old Hector Marquez back in September during an argument at the Iroquois Hotel in Lyons where the two men lived.
A judge had thrown out Colon's first indictment.
Now he's formally charged with second degree murder and a number of manslaughter and criminal possession of weapons charges.
If convicted, Colon could face up to 25 years in prison.
He'll be back in court March 30th.
