BATAVIA, N.Y. -- An Elma woman who was previously convicted of DWI is now accused of driving with more than twice the legal blood alcohol limit, and police say she had a 5-year-old child in the car.

Stacey Mancuso, 46, was pulled over in Batavia for a traffic stop.

Genesee County sheriff's deputies say she failed a breathalyzer test with a .18 blood-alcohol content.

Mancuso faces felony DWI with a prior conviction and another felony DWI under Leandra's Law.

She's being held on $10,000 cash bail.
