PHOENIX -- A Rochester man is in custody in Arizona, and will be extradited back to Monroe County to face murder charges.
Christian Rodriguez, 28, will stand accused in the May 23 shooting death of David Bourne of Greece. Bourne, 63, was found shot once in a rear parking lot behind several businesses on West Ridge Road.
According to DXO Communications, Bourne co-founded the marketing company in the 1980s.
Police allege Rodriguez fled to Arizona shortly after the shooting. This past weekend, investigators traveled to Phoenix, where Rodriguez was being held on an unrelated charge. He will be brought back to Rochester to face the murder charge.
