Rochester Police say a man has been charged with second-degree murder in a homicide from this past summer.

Corey Clinton is charged with shooting 23-year-old Marquin Taylor in front of a building on Hudson Avenue on July 7.

Police say Taylor died at the hospital three days later.

Clinton was taken into custody Wednesday by the RPD’s SWAT Team.

He's due in court on Friday. Additional charges may be considered by a grand jury.
