ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Fire destroyed a storage shed behind two Rochester businesses early Monday morning.
It happened on the 400 block of Central Avenue, just off of Joseph Avenue, a few minutes after 5:30 a.m.
Firefighters say the shed was on fire between the Health Outreach Project of Trillium Health and the Deja Blue night club. The shed is destroyed.
The fire department says there is some fire damage to the back of the Health Outreach Project building. No one was injured.
"The shed was ready to fall on the ground when we got here," said Mike Dupra, RFD. "It was a big rubbish fire when we showed up. It looked like it was going to be a much more serious incident when we first got here and fortunately it turned out to not be as big a deal as we anticipated."
No word yet on a cause.
