SENECA FALLS, N.Y. — A Seneca Falls man is being held after police say he hit his probation officer.
Patrick Menegus, 52, is charged with obstruction of governmental administration and two counts of harassment.
Seneca Falls police say they were called after Menegus became irate during a visit from his probation officer and then hit the officer.
After being taken into custody, police say he kicked another officer in the chest.
He is now being held in the Seneca County jail on $1,000.
