The Monroe County Parks Department will be holding two job fairs to hire for seasonal, part-time positions.

The county is looking for lifeguards, ground equipment workers, carousel operators and front-line Seneca Park Zoo employees.

Job candidates must be residents of Monroe County and be at least 18 years old, with the exception of lifeguards and certain other jobs that are open to 16 year olds.

The first job fair was held Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Roger Robach Community Center.

The other hiring event is on April 17 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the David F. Gantt Community Center.

Applicants should bring a resume and apply for jobs on the county's website in advance.
