Developers of a proposed Whole Foods store in Brighton are applauding a State Supreme Court ruling dismissing a lawsuit against the project.
The ruling paves the way for construction of the supermarket on Monroe Avenue near Route 590.
The Whole Foods Plaza would sit at the site of the old Mario's restaurant, a former bowling alley and another restaraunt building next door.
This project has been met with a series of lawsuits.
Those who oppose the project argue the plans are too large and will create too much traffic to the area.
