ROCHESTER, N.Y. — The Xerox Board of Directors has officially appointed John Visentin as the company's new CEO.
Visentin takes over following the resignation of former CEO Jeff Jacobson, and Xerox ending its merger deal with Fujifilm.
Five board members also resigned earlier this week.
Visentin was also elected Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Keith Cozza was elected chairman of the board.
Xerox says its 2018 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will now take place July 31st.
