ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- Renovations to a downtown Rochester hotel are complete.
The Hyatt Regency Rochester revealed more than $18 million worth of upgrades.
That includes new floors for guest rooms, 55 inch TVs and a string of new restaurants like the Street Craft Kitchen and Bar and the Center City Terrace and Lounge.
Dave Christa, who now co-owns the renovated hotel, has been doing similar work to other buildings in the Rochester area.
"We are very fortunate to have been part of the Strathallan and kind of the same idea," Christa said. "We re-branded, re-purposed an older hotel and it's turned into a great success for us and we couldn't be any happier."
Morton's The Steakhouse is scheduled to open at the hotel soon.
