McQuaid grads Tyler Relph and Anthony Iglesia are making basketball accessible to their city. On Monday, Relph contacted Iglesia and in less than two days, hosted nearly 200 basketball players at East High School for a two-hour free basketball skills clinic.

Relph, a fomer NYS Mr. Basketball, runs his won basketball training program in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, where he's worked with several current NBA players. "For me, it's just special to come back here and run something for the community and bring in kids, kids that may not have this chance and just deliver a message that hopefully will change some of these kids' lives," says Relph.

Iglesia, whose parents helped run the event, runs his own basketball program in Rochester. He'll head off to the University of Washington in the fall to study coaching under Huskies coach Mike Hopkins. He'll join former Knights' teammate Isaiah Stewart and Bishop Kearney's Nahziah Carter with the Huskies.

This was the second straight year the two have held this clinic and both plan to continue for the forseeable future.
